Vigil - Saturday September 4th from 10:30-11:30

First Saturday Peace Vigil to be held

September 4th at the intersection of Medford St. and Mass. Ave. (near Starbucks).

In honor of Labor Day we call for an end to the wars/occupations in Iraq and Afghanistan and for cutting the military budget - fund jobs, environmental clean-up, schools, healthcare - instead of wars and occupations and military contractors.

A vigil will also be held on Saturday, October 2 (same time/location) in solidarity with the march and rally for jobs in Washington DC (for those who cannot get to DC).
